Payment

You must have a valid payment card or be verified by any of the payment partners like Paytm, GooglePay, PhonePe. The card by which you pay must be in your name, not in a third party’s name. You give credence to the fact that, before the payment is authorised, our payment gateways will run authorisation and validation checks. If, in any case, the payment fails, we would advice you to make the payment using another method. We are not responsible for the non-delivery or any delay in such a case.
We hold the right to not accept your order, for any reason at any time. Some reasons could be that you have not abided by the Terms or we suspect you of committing a crime.
Bank Card Numbers
We do not store any information related to your credit cards or any bank card. We only retain the information given to us for crediting your bank account. Information related to your credit or bank cards may be retained by our payment gateways to provide services you and us profit from.
Coupon/Voucher/Discount Codes
Coupon, voucher and discount codes may be offered by us; these codes will be applicable based on their respective terms.
The Contract between Us and You
When an order is accepted by us, on these Terms, a binding contract comes into existence. Before you confirm an order you will be given the opportunity to review and make any changes to it. We will send you an acknowledgement e-mail when an order is placed with us. We hold the right to cancel your order at any time before accepting it. You will get an e-mail once your order, or any part of it, is dispatched; this e-mail would count as an order acceptance e-mail. Your order may be dispatched in different parts as per stock availability. Whatever the situation might be, you will be informed by us. If we are unable to dispatch your order after accepting it, we will hold no further responsibility to you after refunding the amount paid by you. You guarantee that you are ordering our Products for your own use and not for business.
