Cancellations and Returns

The following provisions are applicable if you purchase any Product from us as an end-user: Our Cancellation and Returns Policy applies if you do not want the Product.

You can return the Product within 7 days of receiving it. Once this period has expired you cannot return the Product.

You are allowed to cancel the order before it has been dispatched. You will receive the amount you paid, using the same payment method you used while purchasing the Product. In case of cash on delivery, you will not be refunded any amount.

We will not accept your return if you do not buy as a consumer.

We will inspect the returned Product thoroughly before issuing a refund. We will not issue a refund if:

You have used the Product

You have caused damage to the Product

If you get a Product which is:

Not appropriate for its use; or Not of a good quality; or

Different from the description provided by us; or Is defected

You must raise ticket for refund or replacement through your registered account at our site within 7 days of delivery. A return will be arranged for the same. A photographic evidence might be asked from you.

Uncontrollable Events 

If there is any delay or failure in carrying out our obligations under the Terms we will not be responsible for it if that delay or failure is caused by anything beyond our control.

These causes include but are not restricted to: internet services failure, power failure, riots, civil unrest, lock-outs or any other industrial action performed by third parties, flood, explosion, earthquakes, storms, act of terrorism, acts of war, epidemic or any other natural disaster, subsidence, or other events outside our control.

Incase any of this happens:

• We will try to inform you as early as possible;
• We will try to reduce the delay as much as possible;

If reducing the delay is not possible we may cancel your order and refund you the amount using the same payment method that you used while making the purchase.
