COVID-19: The below transit time is based on recent orders; it is subject to change and may be impacted by issues in your region.

Standard Shipping Time (non COVID-19)

The orders are usually delivered within 4-5 working days to all the metropolitan cities and Tier-1 cities with the exception of some pincodes, where it might take longer than usual. In case of any delays experienced, please write to us at support@thehouseofveneer.in.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will get a confirmation e-mail upon placing an order with us and will be further notified once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

LATE DELIVERY

In case the order is not delivered within 4-5 working days, you can write to us at support@houseofveneer.in or ring us at our helpline number- 01204205048. However, we will not be responsible or in the position to offer any refund for delays caused in the delivery of your order by our courier services. But, we will ensure speedy delivery of your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

There will be no additional shipping charges on any of our products.
