Warranty and Returns

12-month warranty. Every Veneer product is covered by a 12-month warranty which guarantees the structure and extensive workings of all our products.

What is covered in the warranty:

Broken grab handles or shoulder straps.

Rips in the external fabric structure caused by standard usage What is not covered in the warranty:

Water damage or ignorance of care instructions Wear and tear

Product modifications by a third party Accidental damage

Procedure to make the warranty claim:

E-mail us the photos and describe the problem. Provide the order number given to you at the time of placing the order. Give us the date when the purchase was made. Once your claim is accepted follow the instructions given by us. We will try to reach out to you within 1-2 working days.
